Welcome! My name is Pranav Ramesh. I am a Tech Professional and Computer Science graduate from the University of Michigan with 3+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture and a strong aptitude for product management. My career as a Solutions Architect at IBM Cloud has enabled me to design and deploy secure, scalable virtual ecosystems while managing client relationships and driving impactful outcomes. I aspire to continue merging technical innovation with strategic thinking to deliver value to customer organizations.
In my role at IBM, I have architected and implemented services such as VSIs, storage buckets, VPN/Direct Link connections, database integrations, deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes, etc. — all while ensuring compliance with various industry standards. I’ve also played a critical role in resolving post-sale client issues, such as SEV 1-4 escalations, conducting root cause analyses, and collaborating with support/sales teams to maintain high customer satisfaction. In total, my efforts to date have equated to around +$3.7M in IBM Cloud consumption.
My technical experience also extends beyond my day-to-day tasks. Internally, I'm leading a cross-functional team to develop a Gen-AI chatbot for my department to utilize, which has streamlined access to Cloud product information and improved internal operations. Additionally, my experience co-launching RecipEasy, a recipe app published on the Google Play Store, showcases how I've balanced my development skills with other important aspects that go into product creation such as UX design, user surveys, market testing, and advertising campaigns.
I am seeking opportunities in either solution architecture or product management to help clients with day-to-day operations. I thrive in collaborative environments and look forward to contributing as a vocal + effective team member within your orgnization. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to explore how my experiences align with your organization’s goals. My resume and contact information are included for reference below. Thank you for your time!
